Promote cultural identity: HR leaders value the indigenous culture and will participate with students, staff, and local communities to reclaim the indigenous educational philosophies and methods of learning.
Communication & customer service: HR will promote positive and effective communication with other departments and all 15 schools. The HR department is dedicated to providing excellent service to employees.
Growing our own employees: HR is committed to participating in efforts to train and develop employees who are local, who espouse the values of the indigenous cultures, and who are dedicated to the mission to nurture the whole student.
